HUF subunits continue to not comply with ISO 4217

It’s been discussed previously in #742 but it looks like no progress has been made on finding a path forward to align money with ISO 4217.
@semmons99 It looks like 7.x is scheduled to include some breaking changes to USDC decimal places. Perhaps it’d be a good opportunity to fix HUF?
