Modified version of OpenMesh that has support for Coordinate System type (left/right handed)
- This is currently true for Tri-Face normals, Poly-Faces are not supported yet
- Not sure what else needs Coordinate System support
CoordinateSystem can be set via the Traits (see DefaultTraits)
