mpdroid does not pause on call

when I have a call the mpd does not pause the music, this works perfectrly with "regular" mpd but fails to do so in "mpd-rune"

steps to reproduce:

  1. install mpdroid on an android phone
  2. configure connection to a rune device
  3. configure mpdroid to pause music when there's a call >settings> Pause Playback (on the bottom of the page)
  4. notice that the regular pause works
  5. play and establish a phone call into the android phone in which mpdroid is installed
  6. notice the playback does not stop

The only environmental parameter missing is that on my setup (car) the phone where the mpdroid is running is the one hosting the Wi-Fi (tethering) and rune is a client via dhcp (default ip 192.168.43.81)

In that case I am not sure that this is a rune bug but perhaps it would be worth the reproduction)

I love what you done with rune and the fact it is running arch, the hifi sound is really good, you could never tell this is run by a raspberry pi
