Improvements to SocialMedia Icons in Navbar

Would it be possible to implement an option in the sourcebans admin panel where we can configure the link to SocialMedia?
I thought of an option in the WebPanel menu, where when you activate your theme it creates a new option in the Social Media menu and there we can configure the links, if you leave it blank it does not show the icons in the sourcebans.
Print for example let's say, with the Social Media option.
It's not possible without changing the sourcebanspp files itself. Not theme related.
I can implant this when sourcebans will support theme settings.
I know on Star theme (deprecated) it was using an external php files to add theme config.
But php balise has been remove for smarty so i cannot use this method to add this feature, sadly.
