PostCSS Plugin Guidelines are mandatory right now. Because all of rules are about ecosystem health.

Doesn't break previous API, so no need to change it

- MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes,
- MINOR version when you add functionality in a backwards-compatible manner, and
- PATCH version when you make backwards-compatible bug fixes.

Gah, that's what I get when only taking 5 minutes from the work day to do these things (we only bump minor for API breaking changes at work)
