Allow the underscore to be optional with an fd-link, and to have a hand on hover

<a tags with an href="javascript:void(null)" give you the option to "open in new tab", and show the link in the bottom left of the browser when hovering. It would be nice to have a span which has the styling of an a tag, but without this unwanted behavior.

An fd-link which has an option to only display the underscore on-hover, as well as a hand on-hover, would allow me to achieve this.
