re-creating project in custom extensions

In mixed teams, where most of devs use intellij, there is common git rule, to exclude eclipse project files from repository. Due to that during importing, eclipse skips these extensions and issues with build may appear.
- During importing project eclipse should create .project and .classpath files to make these extensions compatible
