Deprecate custom Opt4J JavaDoc Style

I suggest to eliminate the custom Opt4J JavaDoc style and simply use the respective JavaDoc standard stylesheet.
I currently don't see the real benefit of taking care of updating a custom stylesheet despite having a logo in it.
Will provide a respective pull request.
