Add ontology-term-root to the ontology
Add http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/IAO_0000700 annotations to the top level terms. Browsers such as OLS will respect this and hide the BFO roots. It has been pointed out this is confusing:

This is something of an undocumented feature in OLS; see EBISPOT/OLS#502
