Edge browser hexagons don't have a border

Outline of the Issue

The bottom of the hexagon grid at the top doesn't show the border. Instead it shows the underlying hexagonal grid.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load the webpage on Microsoft Edge

Possible Cause

The styling for the SVG element requires a transform. The transform may need additional properties to work in Edge, or may need to be changed to absolute X/Y co-ordinates on the SVG rather than translations.
