Edge browser hexagons don't have a border

Outline of the Issue
The bottom of the hexagon grid at the top doesn't show the border. Instead it shows the underlying hexagonal grid.

- Load the webpage on Microsoft Edge
Possible Cause
The styling for the SVG element requires a transform. The transform may need additional properties to work in Edge, or may need to be changed to absolute X/Y co-ordinates on the SVG rather than translations.

Last night I had a dream I fixed this issue. Woke up but I can't figure it out IRL
