Error tooltips not displaying to user

Outline of the Issue

"Next" button at the bottom is unresponsive and no errors appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fill out phone number with more than 10 digits or with letters. Alternatively, don't add major.
2. Click next.

Expected: Error telling user why they cannot proceed.
Actual: No indicators.

I'm getting the same issue, Retina MBP 13 on Chrome and Safari

I suspect that there's just some issue with the tooltips loading (as they were working before)

Has been implemented and works on everything tested so far, but need to test this across more browsers/mobile

Fixed with the implementation of the JQuery Form Validator tool
