3:Description: on uploading new profile picture the image does not updated directly, we have to refresh so that it's updated in the form, and we have to logout then login so that it's updated in Foobar menu

4: Steps to reproduce the issue: my profile, then upload new profile picture

5: Expected result: profile picture updated at once in all fields
