As a result of the backend being a little bit difficult from the other delete operations to implement because of the deletion of content accompanied with the deletion of the category or the section. I assigned the backend task to @OmarElkilany and @zeyadezzat is assigned to backend testing and service code.

Tests are not implemented, service code was wrong, however I fixed it. I also updated the component view to for this user story.
