Implemented the back end for the universal rating system that will be used for rating study plans, sellers and content and can easily be adjusted to rate any number of extra entities.
Implementing the unit tests was handled by @Machiination and implementing the front end was handled by @Logician724.
Replacing the old rating system in study plans with the newly implemented universal system is currently assigned to @Machiination .
