Password and confirm Password do not have to match for a successful registration

3:Description: when trying to register using a password the confirm-password field does not have to match the password field

4: Steps to reproduce the issue
1-open the website home
2- click register
3- enter the user information including a password 12345678
4- enter a password confirmation different than the one in the above step
5-click the register button
6-expected: a message informing of a password-confirm mismatch.
found: client gets registered with no problems.
