Media Type usage inconsistency

Distribution.mediaType and Distribution.packagingFormat point to the MediaType Datatype while Distribution.compressionFormat points to MediaType Class.

Hi Jakub, this issue is fixed in the draft. Distribution.compressionFormat now points to the MediaType Datatype as well. Thanks for pointing out.
