Support of Datasource V2 in Cassandra connector

Since its version 3.0, spark-cassandra-connector supports the Spark Datasource V2 interface. It take advantage of the V2 interface to offer better query optimization Cassandra doc.
However this may involve some changes in the configuration and the usage of the library if we want to benefit the V2 datasource (the original APIs are still supported).
