from com.jcdecaux.setl to io.github.setl-framework?

Maybe have to rename the organization to a more memorable name (io.github.setl has already been taken)

  • claim namespace on OSSRH (link)
  • changes in the code
  • snapshot deployment

I'm working on it. Hope to finish the group id change in the v1.0.0 release
