[Pandora] Ads in com.pandora.android

Describe the bug
A user reports that ads have returned in Pandora since "a few updates ago." That could coincide with the release of TLS Blocking, or could just be new ads.
To Reproduce
Listen to music until interrupted. All of the currently seen ads seem to appear this way.
Expected behavior
Block ads while rendering track transitions seamlessly.

Fixed. New filter added. It will sync within 12 hours, but can also be manually updated by going to Settings > Ad Blocking > Additional Filters and pulling down to refresh.
