Define best practice for when to use queries in samples

Several of the emerging samples, particularly around EDA, are helped by including queries to the org. This causes some challenges in testing and adds assumptions to those recipes. We should be clear about when we think that's a good idea and when it may cause confusion instead of supporting learning.
