Add Ability to Give Scratch Orgs a Custom Name

Currently, Scratch Orgs are identified by an ID#. For ease of use in selecting the appropriate Org to use, it would be handy for users to be able to identify their orgs by a custom Org name that they create. (Ex: TestRollupFilterGroups, CreateRollupData, etc.)

Suggestions:

  • Include custom Org Name column in list of orgs
  • Custom Org Name should be Unique (until deleted)
  • Deleted Org Names can be re-used
  • Help or other text indicates the format the Org Name must be in (For example : "Org Name must be one word, with no spaces.")

@dgamboni thanks to @Br4nd0R, you can now enter an Org Note when creating a scratch org in MetaCI. It can be a word or phrase; we're not enforcing uniqueness.
