Sort balance view by balances

When looking at a large group, I'm usually interested in the people who have the lowest and highest balances. People with a balance of zero are of no interest.

We could add options to either

• hide accounts who have a balance of zero
• change the ordering such that they are on the bottom

We should also order the accounts in a smart way, e.g. by ascending balance, or by descending abs(balance).
