Biome not changing?

Current behaviour
I want to change plains biome to jungles biome in my flat world but the biome is not changed. And i have also activated the beta api features
Expected behaviour
Biome is changed correctly
Steps to reproduce
1.select pos1
2.select pos2
3.setbiome jungle
4.close worlds
5.open worldedit app and proceed worlds
6.load worlds

1.20.81

Windows 11

The woldedit app is broken right now so its normal
