Configuration octozab

Create a new window/tab to modify of octozab configuration, add zabbix server, polling time ,etc...accessible from octozab frontend.

Done, you can find the feature in the Settings tab. At the moment you can add/remove/modify servers, later I'll add a custom polling time too.
