With Ref12 enabled, F12 triggers KeyNotFoundException in VS2012

As per title. If I disable Ref12 and restart VS2012, F12 keyboard navigation works correctly again.

Using VS2012 Premium with Update 4 applied, Framework 4.5.2.

I can't reproduce that.

What did you press F12 on?
Can you get the stack trace of the exception?
What other extensions do you have installed?
