Message spew to General tab of VS2012

What is Ref12 doing when it spews this message to the General Output tab 3 times in a row every 3 to 5 minutes even when VS2012 is sitting completely idle?

It's refreshing which reference source site to use, and which DLLs to forward to it.
It shouldn't be doing that every 3-5 minutes; I only do that every 6 hours, and when network connectivity changes.
Are you on flakey WiFi?
Well, yes, actually, though I have two connections: a flaky wifi and a consistent direct-to-the-wall wired connection. I'm not actually seeing any of those wifi-disconnect/connect balloons though ... still, now that I know it is network connectivity based I won't worry about it. Thanks!
