F12 goes to http://index, instead of http://referencesource.microsoft.com.

Seems in the code, it will try http://index/assemblies.txt first as the source provider. However, though I can access http://index/assemblies.txt, I do not have access to http://index/, which cause all the F12 failed. Could you make it using http://referencesource.microsoft.com as default?
