The descriptions in the tvp-object-ds container do not provide sufficient information to be able to scale the fractional portion of latitude, longitude and altitude

The fractional portions of latitude, longitude, and altitude are defined as uint32 and uint16. The examples in the descriptions do not account for leading zeros in the fractional portion.

The type will be changed to YANG Built-In type decimal64 with fraction-digits allowing for better than 1m resolution.
The three leaves renamed to latitude, longitude, altitude.
Altitude range from -1000 to +10000m
