Update the version of ST 2059-2 from 2015 to 2021 and change clause 5.10 to clause 6.10 in:

  1. The draft Recommended Practice A.2.3

  2. The Data Model description and reference of the smpte-communication-mode-enumeration and smpte-communication-model leaf

Resolved in PCD2: Clause A.2.3 of the Draft RP updated to reference ST 2059-2:2021. The Data Model smpte-communication-mode-enumeration and smpte-communication-model leaf now reference ST 2059-2:2021
