The proposal is that a new Annex will be added to the RP that documents a recommended way in which implementers can create a document which parts of the model have been implemented in a consistent way that would allow the coverage of different implementations to be compared against each other.

The proposed approach is to use the YANG Tree view (which can be generated automatically from the tool-chain) - pull this into a spreadsheet, and then mark each parameter with its implementation status.

The proposed Annex is included in PCD2, along with an example spreadsheet indicating the coverage of a hypothetical implementation
