better display of tables

markdown tables are currently not styled in a clear way
and the display is not readable

Might be fixed with the upcoming release as that will use bootstrap 4.

There is no much change yet there
There'll need at least to be some proper separators displayed in the table (and/or coloring)
Right now the rows and columns cannot be clearly discerned

This will cheat in the needed classes with some JS. I'll test it some more later today and release tomorrow. #56
