Describe the bug
The chatbot seems to be ranking incorrectly. It gives a rank higher than the actual rank (off by 1).
To Reproduce
@sBot csm
gives me:
You currently have 16,654 helpful flags. Last achieved rank was Professional Larnsonist 19679 is Brad Larnson's user id. Need 6002 more flags for next rank, Almost Jon Skeet .
This should be showing the previous rank.
