Set up basic of chores screen

User story
As a user I want to be able to see the chores assigned to me and my flatmates for the week as well as see if they are completed so we can track their progress.

Acceptance Criteria

• Mock chores are shown for the user and their flat mates
• Indication of whether chores are complete
• The design follows the low-fi prototype in #218

Additional context

• This issue just covers having a mockup for the chores view on the front-end. Chores displayed can just be hard-coded. This is so the front-end has some basic code to work ontop to develop the functionality in the future.
• New issues will be opened after this one to target specific functionality of the view and linking it to the back-end.
• Plan is for this one to be peer programmed by a few front-end chores team members to get started 😋
