`convert` still reports sample table-level references even if a filtered libraries table given to --libraries

Inspecting outut of this command:
AMDirT convert --curl --eager --bibliography --libraries germany_dentalcalculus_libraries_pe.tsv germany_dentalcalculus.tsv ancientmetagenome-hostassociated
Inspecting the eager/curl output it only has the PE data I filtered the libraries table to, but the BIB file still includes Warinner2014 that are single-end data present in the supplied samples sheet but was removed from the librareies table
