Additional context

Note there are no new samples (excluding some sedaDNA samples) in this study but rather new libraries from a previous study (Fellows Yates 2021).

We need to consider how this should be implemented into the Dir, given we would add this study only to the libraries table. Would this limit discoverablility given publication is a key structure in the Dir?

It might not be an issue if we always filter/pull data using sample accessions rather than publication project keys. But we need to make sure citations bibtex always come from the libraries table.

I'm not sure how to they summarise stats in this regard - maybe for publications only by the libraries table, and sample/libraries by accessions (but then we have the issue of people who have uploaded multiple run accessions of the same library - I wonder if we can control for this somehow).
