Inconsistent rotation of doublePipe to single pipe connector causes visual and usage difficulties

The downwards facing version is inconsistent with the other three.
Changing this will improve all diagrams.

The leftward facing version is also not helpful:
single pipes connecting to sinks cross for the leftward and downward facing versions.
Such crossing does not happen for upward and rightward facing versions.

Note that the sinks in the last image are rotationally consistent.
