Clean up/simplify buttons at top of GUI

As a user I'd like it to be clear what the following buttons at the top of the GUI do:

Some buttons do just what they say. The hydraulic export only exports the hydraulic. The deck export, OTOH, e.g., also exports the placeholders JSON file. It is also the only way to export that placeholders file. The run button does all the exports (including updating/messing up the run.config file) and so on.

One would have to look at the behaviour of all the buttons in detail and come up with a better way. Maybe just do only one thing per button, e.g.
