[BOUNTY] $62 Re-coding Moth in Chief and Isolation Cell Drinks (Partial Pay Possible)

About the Bounty
$31 for each half of the bounty, using paypal. This rate is calculated at an expected work-time of 3 hours per drink, at a rate of $10.25 per hour USD, rounded up. These two bounties are to change the effects of already existing drinks, and only change the effects. This means that you will not need to re-sprite, change the recipes, or any of the descriptions involved. Feel free to DM if you have any questions!
Part 1
Re-coding Isolation Cell. There are two variants of Isolation Cell already in the code, one safe version, one unsafe version. This bounty is asking the unsafe version to be re-coded, and have a drugged effect with screen rotation shortly before knocking out the drinker with a similar effect to morphine. There's also a small change I'd like made where in the code Isolation Cell's safe version has a name much like Cum in a Hot Tub having two versions in the recipe folder, but this is optional.
Part 2
Re-coding the Moth in Chief. This bounty asks for the Moth in Chief to be buffed as it's currently one of the hardest drinks in the game, specifically by giving it the combined effects of regenerative jelly and Stimulant. Both of these chemicals can currently be acquired much faster than the Moth in Chief.
