Add detection of punycode domains

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've decided that similar domain monitoring is out-of-scope of this project, which is focused on helping people find unwanted certificates for their own domains. This may change in the future, but I'm going to close this issue to keep the issue tracker tidy.
