Not getting any eggs from Pokestops

I have visited dozens of Pokestops and am using multiple incubators at the same time, and have been hatching lots of eggs, but none of the last dozen or so Pokestops have given me any eggs since I hatched some a few days ago. At this point, I only have 3/9 eggs, 2 of which are in incubators. I have received several dozen more Pokeballs (regular, great and ultra), potions (regular, super, hyper, max), revives, razz berries, etc. in the dozen or so Pokestops I have visited since I hatched some eggs (I literally hatched 4 at the same time and within another 0.5km, another 2).
Any ideas how to restore my ability to get eggs from Pokestops?

Pogo-UWP is an app for Windows 10 and not working at this time.
You use an Android device. PoGo-UWP is not supported on Android.
