Description
- refactor CDP4ServicesDal creation using the new constructor where the httpClient can be passed as a parameter
please note that this version of the SDK has support for MessagePack and will default to MessagePack when the 10-25 data source that is being used supports it

For this ticket, since the injected httpclient is not working properly, this change needed to be reverted.
We'll need to think about a solution for that, so reopening the ticket.
OBS => sdk version doesnt need to downgrade
