Mentor and Content Creator not able to upload code to Arduino Board

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log in as a mentor or content creator
  2. Go to a blockly canvas
  3. Click Upload to Arduino
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Mentor and Content Creator should be able to upload code to Arduino Board to test out functionalities of their lesson.
