Edit Learning Standard

Story:
Right now we have the ability to add and delete a day for the learning standard for the content creators. They also need the ability to edit the learning standard name, unit, description. etc.

Implementation
add the feature in /client/src/views/ContentCreator/LearningStandardDayCreator/DayEditor.js (We need to rename the folder and file)
