CR for w+jets

W+jets is our main background, and we would like a control region for it, where we can apply the ABCD method. We are currently exploring some options:

• High leading AK4 jet inside SUEP cluster pT
• Low sphericity
• High BV(AK4, SUEP)

The goal is to have a signal-free CR, dominated by w+jets, where we can apply the same ABCD method as we do in the signal region, and so we also want the ABCD variables to look similar in SR and CR.

We have decided for now to focus on the low sphericity region, as it doesn't necessitate the need of another variable to be introduced to the analysis. There are questions as to whether we will model the high sphericity region correctly, but perhaps that can be explored through inverting another selection as an additional check.
