How to create screencasts for our documentation

There is an idea to add a description of how to create screencasts that we can use in our documents - JIRA task

There are Confluence pages by Quang on how to do screencasts with Linux (see here: https://confluence.suse.com/display/~QuaTran/Linux+Screen+Recording).
Only basic information (like resolution and formats we support) should be covered in the Style Guide), the rest should be Confluence-howtos.

There are a couple of obstacles that cause us to postpone this idea for the future:
a) we have never used the screencast option in our docs,
b) the instructions by Quang refer to OBS Studio and Simple Screen Recorder only and include just the step-by-step process.

So far, there is no info on resolution and formats, preferred tools, and any other things. The description of screencasting should be developed by the team as a result of discussions and sharing experiences. So when someone tries it, we can then proceed with the helpful description.
