Superfluous cell separator cannot be deleted in SWISH

My Prolog notebook started accumulating superflous
cell separators, and there is no way to delete them:
They are between the Program cell and the last HTML cell.
The Prolog notebook is this here:

I speculate they are result of some error injection or
somesuch, I had singleton warnings, and somehow the
Prolog notebook doesn't get correctly compacted.
I didn't find a way to delete them from within the notebook editor.
A simple solution would be maybe to remove them during save.
But since cell ranges cannot be selected and deleted, there seems
to manual way to remove them.

I see no such thing. Normally the separator menu should not become part of the document. Without a reproducible way to get into this state it is hard to say anything sensible.
Please report SWISH issue with the SWISH repo.
