When running swish, I get this message on the console
maybeUnregisterDirtyDefinition((nil):operator_stack/1): lingering data
What is its meaning?

Its an old debug message that shows very rarely and indicates a small memory leak. You can safely ignore it. I'll remove it for the normal production version.
