Login and password reset not working

Hey, I've been trying to use Karabast for a couple of weeks, but cannot log in. I created two different accounts with two different e-mail addresses, none of them work.

When I go to the login page https://karabast.net/SWUOnline/LoginPage.php, enter my login details and press "submit", the page reloads and nothing happens. I've tried it in two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome) with the same result. There are not error messages shown on the page nor can I see anything in the console.

I also tried resetting my password on https://karabast.net/SWUOnline/ResetPassword.php. After entering my e-mail address, I get to a simple unstyled error page with the following message:

If you need me to test anything else or provide anymore details let me know. Would be awesome to be able to use Karabast!
