Help with Pokemon X

My problem
When the intro ends (The choice of appearance and name) and I "enter the world of Pokemon" then the game freezes for a few seconds of the black screen, and then crashes
What can i do in that problem..?
- Device: Honor 8c
- OS: Android8.1
- Version: EMUI 8.2.0
