Describe the bug
only works on incognito
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a blocked website on incognito (it works)
Open one on a non incognito tab (gets redirected to the isp block message)
Expected behavior
It works on normal tabs
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 10
- Browser Chromium
- Version V1.7.4
Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here.

It's possible, that you have any Chromium Extension, that overrides default proxy. By default, extensions will not be loaded if private tab used.
Please, check proxy settings in Chromium.
